To register for a class, clinic or consultation, add each event to your cart using the forms below, then go to the checkout page. You will be given the options of paying by paypal, credit or debit card via paypal, phone or by cheque. If you are paying by cheque, please mail it to Damien Bell at the following address with your name, address, phone, email and the events for which you are registering.

Points will be allocated on completion.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
The following applies to all seminars:
Cancellation before June 27th, 2012: $50 service fee
Cancellation after June 27th, 2012: 50% refund of payment
Cancellation after August 27th, 2012: No refund
